Do you ship outside of the USA?

Right now no but hopefully in the future we will be able to ship outside the USA soon.

How long dose shipping take?

7-10 business days unless you custom an item that will take up 10-14 business days

Can I track my order?

After an order is placed, we will send you an email with the shipping details. This will include an order number and the confirmation number, which will tell you when you can expect the delivery and also give you information on the status of the order.

Can I cancel my order?

(Please note that orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of payment and before leaving our warehouse)

However, if your order has already been shipped you'll have to return the products yourself. In that case, please see our return policy for further details.

Can I change my order?

You can always change your order before you checkout - just go to the shopping bag and you can add or remove items.

If you have already checked out, please contact and us we'll do our best to cancel your order before it is shipped.

What materials is the product made of?

All of the apparel is made of a cotton, polyester blend.

Mugs is ceramic

Puzzles are made out of a hardy chip border

Are there different colors/sizes/variations available?

Everything is true to size if you like a big shirt just size up

My address is written incorrectly in the order confirmation - what can I do?

Email us as soon as possible I can try to change it before your order goes through our warehouse.

Why have I not received an order confirmation by email?

Sometimes our emails take a couple of minutes to be sent or sometimes they land in the SPAM folder. Please check all of your email folders again in 30 minutes - if you still haven't received your confirmation, email Puzzlesinco01@gmail.com and we'll be happy to confirm your order and resend the confirmation email.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit card and we don’t accept PayPal or Vemo.

Do you offer discount codes on big orders?

No not right now.

What are your shipping costs?

It depends between $4.75 -$8.49 depending on the product.

What is your return policy? 

You will have 30 days for a refund. Every product has the details on return policy on the bottom of the description. All custom products are none returnable.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipping? 

Please contact the PuzzlesInco email with in 7 days so we can send you a replacement or a refund and you must show your receipt or email proof that you made the purchase.
